The order will be delivered via DPD courier.
- Standard: for orders up to €48.99 order value - €4.99
- Standard: free shipping on orders over €49.00
We currently only deliver within Germany .
Delivery time
- Standard: Normally, shipping takes 3-5 working days within Germany.
- No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Damaged or incorrect delivery?

- arrived damaged or
- contains the wrong product

Right of withdrawal & returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
This is how the return process works
- Send us a short email to info@natandbam.de with the necessary information (See the full cancellation policy here).
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund you the amount (including shipping costs*) via the originally chosen payment method.
- Please note that the refund will appear in your account differently depending on the payment method.
*Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order has been returned.
Return conditions

- The products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, as they are classified as hygiene products.
