Order & Payment
1. What payment methods are available?
You can find all the details in our payment policy at checkout or in the store details. If you have any questions, we're happy to help you personally.
2. Why is no VAT shown?
In accordance with the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge VAT. The price shown is the final price plus shipping.
3. Can I change the order?
As long as your package hasn't left our warehouse, we'll gladly check if we can make any changes. Just send us a quick message!
Shipping & Service
1. Where is it being shipped from?
We ship directly from Germany - Frankfurt am Main. Your package will be dispatched on the day of payment confirmation and usually arrives within 3-5 business days. For further details, please see the Payment & Shipping page of our shop.
2. Where do you ship to?
Our current focus is on Germany. We want to offer the best service here, but we plan to expand to other countries soon. Stay tuned!
5. How does the return process work?
You can return unopened products within 14 days in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once we have inspected the returned goods. For further details, please see the Returns Policy page on our website.
6. What is the product seal?
Since cosmetic products are hygiene items, each of our products is sealed with a product seal . Once this seal has been broken or removed, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7. How do I get my money back?
Once we have received and inspected your return (the seal must be intact), we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please include your order number with your return.
8. What happens if goods are damaged?
Should anything arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to info@natandbam.de . We will take care of it immediately.
About nat and bam
1. What is Nat & Bam?
We are your curator of Korean skincare. Our name stands for "Day & Night" (Korean: nat & bam). We offer hand-picked routine sets for those seeking a simple yet highly effective solution.
2. Why is your brand called Nat & Bam?
Quite simply: because we offer skincare for day (Nat) and night (Bam). Our routines accompany you around the clock.
3. Who are your sets intended for?
For anyone who wants a simple routine - especially if you don't have time for in-depth ingredient research.
4. Why curated sets instead of individual products?
We want to make it easy for you – a set is a complete solution without any guesswork. Of course, we still offer individual products – perfect for refilling or for a cautious start.
5. Where do your products come from?
All products come directly from South Korea. We work with established European wholesalers who are official partners of the brands.
Application & Routine
1. How exactly do I use the sets?
You can always find details on the respective product page. Generally speaking: AM for your morning routine, PM for the evening.
2. Do I have to use both sets together?
No, you can combine them according to your skin's needs or use them individually.
3. What do I do if I don't tolerate a product?
Although we carefully select our sets to be particularly well-tolerated, everyone's skin reacts differently. We recommend always testing new products on a small area first (e.g., on your forearm) – patch test . If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and contact us if you have any questions.
3. Is there a particular brand or K-Beauty product you're missing?
Write us your request! We'll gladly check if we can include your favorite Korean cosmetics in our product range.
